SOME ASSEMBLY REQUIRED 2002
In 2002 I had a solo show at 1R Gallery in Chicago, IL titled "Some Assembly Required."
In my final year of college I made a group of objects resembling a Donald Judd "Stacks" sculpture. I handed them out individually to friends along with a disposable camera and asked them to document their time with the object.
The show was a collection of those photographs.
